==Finishing up==

Back Story: Goji isn’t really proud of his origins, you see his parents, were as his name suggests the Valdurn deck hunters, international card thieves who rose hell a few years back before finally retiring and living in hiding from those who would make them pay for their crimes, though selling their prized cards allowed them to live like royalty in a mansion near a mountain range distant from most civilization they had to venture out once and awhile to buy things, on these occasions they’re skills and the skills of their children were tested, never get found out and avoid your pursuers if you do. Goji however was free spirited and sought attention at a young age and it was for those reasons why his separation from his family began.
Goji had been with his father and sister at the time walking though the relatively crowded market place in a somewhat under developed, simple city. Being only about six Goji wasn’t normally allowed out of the house but being that he really enjoyed it his sister held his hand closely as they walked. This wasn’t a big to do mind you, just some grocery shopping but for the Valdruns it was a bit more sobering. As usual Goji was absent minded and watched the colorful fruit stands and other items as he pasted them. What they didn’t know however was that the city had a new chief of police, a hardboiled man who had spent the early part of his career tracking down the Valdurns. Though all other law enforcement had long since given up looking for them this new chief never knew when to stop. Though he’d been looking for Goji’s parents for a while and Goji had been going out of the house for a while it was inevitable. They were spotted. Though the chase through the crowded market place had only began his father was going to escape with a rare card when Goji’s little hand fell out of his sister’s grip and he was left behind, his father would have gone back for him but the card had been activated whisking his father and sister away.
When he was found by the policemen young Goji was terrified and crying, hardly a master criminal. The policemen wasn’t however as bad a person as his mother and father had made Goji believe, rather he was very understanding of the child. Though his parents could have been contacted if Goji had told the police where they lived he only half knew where he lived and refused to do tell out of fear for his families safety, eventually they realized that he simply didn’t know and after making every effort to make it known that they had him and waiting six months to see if they would attempt to rescue him to no avail.
Though they tried to have him sent to a foster home no family wanted to raise the child of two master criminals and so Goji had to live at a police station for another six months not so much out of necessity but rather because all of the people in the city, remembering the crimes of his parents wanted to harm the child. To avoid all this the policemen had Goji sent to a small village in a jungle on the east side of Geo. His foster mother was an old medicine women who lived on the outskirts of the village. Goji grew up slowly there and found that he truly loved the jungle, all the villagers were very friendly to him having never heard of his parents and the jungle was so alive and deep he had endless fun exploring it. When he turned eleven the medicine woman presented Goji with his prize possession as a gift, the lightning pin card! This began Gojis love of cards and their effects. When he turned fifteen his adventurous sprit got the better of him and he set out to travel the world in search of rare cards. Years later he’d acquired his first deck and set off to meet other duelists forgetting that his name was still a hot topic.

Relationships?: none so far
